As a courtesy, we will confirm your appointment in advance. Should you find you need to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to provide at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged half of the treatment price for a no show appointment.
To ensure our clients receive the full benefit of their treatments, appointments begin and end on schedule. Please plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are running late, please call. For the comfort and safety of our guests, please do not bring children to the salon, there is no one to supervise them while you are in the facial room.
